Blackmagic ATEM FOSS interface

The Blackmagic ATEM series video switchers are nice, but:

• the official software control panel is only available on Windows or Mac OS X
• the official hardware control panel is horribly overpriced

It would be great build a FOSS (software or hardware) control panel for these devices.

The thing has been reverse engineered already, and some implementations exist:
