Commit 35cb61e
fix(ingress): remove ACK ACM controller + DNS-01 from legacy NGF flavors
Delete the ACK ACM controller module, intent, and output type. The legacy
aws/azure/gcp ingress flavors no longer wire the ACK controller or DNS-01:
ACM certs stay supported at the NLB (acm_mode / external TLS), everything else
uses the base module's cert-manager HTTP-01 + ListenerSet path. azure/gcp reduce
to clean pass-throughs. Drops the ack_acm_controller_details input and the
use_dns01 / dns01_cluster_issuer spec fields.
