Cannot patch the game.

Hello, i downloaded, extracted and opened the program as administrator and after selecting the aspect ratio, resolution and wrapper for some reason the "Patch" button is not clickable, the game's executable had been correctly found automatically and even after i selected it manually i still could not patch the game.
The game's executable is vanilla and never previously patched.
Any help?
