Create a shortcut to your Sims.exe on your desktop or anywhere you want
Change the compatibility of this shortcut to run as "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)" (Fixes the 1000 colors error message)
Run this program as administrator (Fixes not being able to save and infinite expansion packs loading)
