Description
Move some packages from
devDependenciestodependencies. This change is necessary because the Vercel deployment environment runs dependency installations by default withNODE_ENV=production, which only installsdependenciesand ignoresdevDependencies. As a result, commands from packages required during the build process are unavailable, causing the build to fail. By moving these packages todependencies, the build process on Vercel can run normally without changing the versions of existing packages.Type of change
