Proposal: Add TRAN to Event_Detail

It is currently not possible to record attributes in different languages.

Example OCCU:
de: Priester und Ordensbruder
en: Priest, monk-
cz: Kněz a mnich

This is true for just about all TYPE tags and data. I’m not sure that this can be resolved unless we do this for all text base fields.

For example the text value of the RELI tag (religion) would have language dependent answers yet we have no way of introducing those differences.

This would also help with PHRASE tags as well!

Discussion during GEDCOM Steering Committee meeting:

• Anywhere with TRAN also requires using LANG
• In theory we could avoid adding TRAN and only add LANG and require multiple events/facts, one per language, but that seems worse than adding TRAN as suggested in this issue.
• Are there any existing applications that do this (e.g., with an extension) already?

I understood @Norwegian-Sardines to mean that we should store the translation once only, in a record.

Otherwise we may end up with a lot of repetition for structures such as 1 RELI Catholic, with the translation of "Catholic" into other languages.

Also inconsistency, as the same text may be translated differently in different records. Or into different languages in different records.
