Al querer establecer skins de usuarios premium el plugin resuelve endpoin roto y no el correspondiente a minecraft.
plugin api.minecraftservices.com
mojang api api.mojang.com

probe con ambos antes de reportar, el plugin resuelve en el mencionado mientras la consulta en api de mojang resuelve bien. Quizas esta roto la api de consulta en minecraftservices
