Implement confirmation dialogs for accepting and canceling quotes in the QuoteListComponent. Update quote action button texts to include delivery date requirement. Enhance the QuoteDetailsModalComponent with improved file size validation and action button visibility logic. Refactor code for better readability and maintainability.
