docs(v0.11-M54-G): backfill <impl-close-sha> placeholders → 5738b64

Mirrors d1753ae for the IMPL close: the close-docs commit can't
reference its own SHA, so 4 sites (CLAUDE.md §M54-G status block +
CLAUDE.md §3 plan-doc row + docs/v0.11-plan.md §3 IMPL-close
subsection heading + docs/v0.11-plan.md §22 R-v0.11-NEW-2 entry)
left placeholders that this commit fills in once git rev-parse
HEAD is stable.

The remaining <close-docs> / <close-docs-sha> placeholders in
docs/v0.11-plan.md (exit checklist + R-v0.10-NEW-5/7 watch-item
bodies referring to the placeholder convention itself) are
intentional — they're tied to the v0.11 release-prep close-docs
commit + the post-publish flip per R-v0.9-NEW-13.
