We have strawman wireframes and a working prototype branch, but nothing the team can sit in front of and sign off on. This issue covers both — hi-fi designs across the flow, and a prototype that matches — so we can validate the direction with the whole team.
The flow shape and decisions agreed during the team review apply (role question at the start, polish items, copy adjustments).
Keyboard navigation is a hard requirement. Every screen must be passable end-to-end with keyboard only — Tab order matches visual order, focus indicators visible, Enter advances, Esc closes dismissible surfaces. No mouse should be necessary to complete onboarding.

Backend endpoints (still stubbed). Baseline metrics. Rollout planning.
