iOSCharts crash on iOS 13 only, update iOSCharts.Xamarin to support iOS 13

Our application includes a few charts which behave differently on iOS 12 and iOS 13 when displaying. On iOS 13 the application crashes while on iOS 12 everything works as expected and no crash occurs.

Help and updates for iOS 13 would be highly appreciated!

Hey @ellehell , what is the crash that you are seeing? We need to identify if it is a problem on the binding project (this) or on the bounded library (https://github.com/danielgindi/Charts)
