Add new plugin: Flowy (Custom directory and file indexer)

I would like to submit my new plugin Flowy to the official plugin manifest.

What is Flowy?
It's a lightning-fast, custom directory and file indexer built for power users, heavily inspired by the classic Launchy. It allows users to define custom paths (supporting environment variables), exact file extensions, and search depths. It's completely RAM-based for millisecond-fast fuzzy searches and features a smart background auto-scan.

Hi there, a couple of fixes required please:

• the version in the plugin file's download url does not exist in your plugin repo.
• there is a mismatch between the version and the download url version in the plugin file
• the actions in your plugin repo indicated that it has uploaded a release v1.0.2 but I cannot find it in your release page
