Option to use system "Taskbar" theme instead of "App" theme

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the default themes use the system's "app" theme for deciding the color of the launcher. I would like an option to use the "taskbar" theme instead. This would be for those of us who use Windows with the Light "app" theme, but use the "Dark" theme for the taskbar.
