BUG: Unable to open some downloaded executables with Zone.Identifier as from the Internet

• I have checked that this issue has not already been reported.

• I am using the latest version of Flow Launcher.

• I am using the prerelease version of Flow Launcher.

Problem Description

Unable to open some downloaded executables with Zone.Identifier as from the Internet. This however only apply to those cases where the file cannot unblock somehow upon attempted launch. Can be tested with Godot C# version or PiliPlus

To Reproduce

1. Download an executable file from the internet.
2. Check its Zone.Identifier with Get-Item -Path <filename> -Stream *
3. Attempt to find & open the file from Flow Launcher
4. Fails
5. Unblock the file by going into the properties of such file
6. check and try again
7. successful

Log is not applicable as even setting level to Debug will produce absolutely nothing.

I obviously can. It's only Flow Launcher that cannot run those at the moment.
