BUG:Crash on startup: InvalidCastException in ProgressBar animation (v2.1.2 regression)

Summary

Flow Launcher crashes immediately on startup with an InvalidCastException related to the progress bar animation. The error occurs during MainWindow.ProgressBar_Loaded → InitProgressbarAnimation.

This appears to be a regression of a similar issue fixed in v2.1.1 (see changelog: "Fixed crash caused by 'Unable to cast object of type' error").

To Reproduce

1. Install Flow Launcher v2.1.2 on Windows 11
2. Launch Flow Launcher.
3. The application window briefly appears and then crashes immediately.
