Installer: Add possibility to remove Device Agent via `Installed apps` box

Description

As a Windows user, I would like to have the possibility to remove the Device Agent from the system using the Installed apps system feature.
The goal of this task is to extend the existing Device Agent Installer and add a step responsible for adding a proper Windows registry entry. See the attached screenshot for details. Registry entry should be removed on the Device Agent removal step.
