NodeJS 24 container builds for the device agent

Description

NodeJS 20 is reaching end of support life so we should provide newer NodeJS based containers

Unfortunately NodeJS 22 and 24 have dropped 32bit ARM containers so this will require a major version bump to drop support for 32bit ARM imags.

Hi, to add to this:

Flowfuse is typically used to communicate to OT devices over opcua. the officially supported (certified node) opcua library (https://flowfuse.com/certified-nodes/ & https://github.com/mikakaraila/node-red-contrib-opcua) from version 0.239 on is no longer compatible due to this with flowfuse agent latest. (on latest:20 it works)

This is actively causing issues in multiple of our production environments!
