We need to do a major version release of the Device Agent so that we can update the default node.js runtime in the docker image.
There are some other items that wanted a major version release due to their nature. This issue is to gather together all of those issues in one place so we can be sure they have all been dealt with and that the release changelog covers everything it needs to.
