On-prem setup documentation for Expert flow building over MQTT pubsub

Customer-facing documentation for running Expert flow building against a self-hosted or on-prem instance over MQTT pubsub.

Scope:

• Broker requirements and supported topologies
• Bridge configuration walkthrough
• Connection test and verification steps
• Troubleshooting common failures (auth, TLS, network, topic ACLs)

There is nothing to document here, the POC code does all the bridge setup automatically and keeps it updated.

At most the requirement to let the bundled broker make out bound connection to the FF central Expert broker should be added to the required network connections list

For now, i am leaving this issue open (and moving it to inside engineering issue 38)

For me, there is an unanswered (unasked) question of whether every on-site will automatically get his by default, or by request+some configuration entry.
