Add possibility to customise labels applied to projects (Node-RED pods)

Description

Currently, the Helm chart only supports setting pod labels for the main FlowFuse application.
There is a need to specify pod labels for the Node-RED project nodes as well.
This is needed to comply with a Kyverno policy that enforces the presence of an owner label on all pods.
