fix(deps): regenerate lock file after fluently-scorer rename

The lock file still referenced @fluently/scorer (old name) for CLI and MCP server devDependencies. npm ci on CI was failing because the lock file was inconsistent with the package.json files that already reference fluently-scorer. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
