Incorrect subscripts in knowledge base

The knowledge base needs to be regenerated. Some instructions have incorrect subscripts, for example store/load:

x+2 and x+4 should all be in subscript

it is more complicated:

1. Simple (but not future-proof) option: We could just make screenshots of the GP?
2. More complex option: We could generate links to the GP Reader and use the logic from there to extract the actual latex text using synctex information.
