Bumps forest-express 10.6.8 → 10.7.0 (same as the forest-express-mongoose bump).

Why

Brings into forest-express-sequelize the two recent forest-express releases:

• 10.7.0 — feat(agent): add workflow executor proxy routes (fix(smart-field): smart-field search use returned query #1058, PRD-227)
• 10.6.9 — fix(composite-pk): normalize fields[] query param to comma-separated string (chore(deps-dev): bump jest-extended from 0.11.5 to 3.2.3 #1059, PRD-462)

Note: PRD-462 (#1059) specifically targeted the fields[] array-vs-CSV issue that also hit forest-express-sequelize's requested-fields-extractor (fixed at the HTTP boundary in forest-express), so this bump is what propagates that fix here.

Minor/additive — no breaking change.

Verification

• yarn.lock diff scoped to the forest-express entry only (no transitive changes).
• Unit tests green; the integration suite requires the dialect DBs (not run locally) and is covered by CI. The same bump passed cleanly on forest-express-mongoose.

[force release] in the subject to publish a patch (a plain chore doesn't trigger semantic-release).
