Feat - Create new redirects for forkit.community/cityName

We want to be able to go directly to the next upcoming event if there is one in the city on forkit.community/cityName.

• Let's imagine it's March 4, there's a Full Day event in Hanoi on March 7 and another on July 28. So forkit.community/hanoi redirects to the March 7 page.
• Let's imagine it's March 10, there's a Full Day event in Hanoi on March 7 and another on July 28. So forkit.community/hanoi redirects to the July 28 page.

If there is no upcoming event in the city, redirect to home page or a fallback page (to discuss)
