Error: emfile: too many open files

I'm trying to deploy and I keep getting the following error: Error: emfile: too many open files

I'm using Windows 10 with upgrade to Windows 11

And I can't understand it, because before that this error happened once rarely, so it didn't interfere with my development. But now it's showing up all the time and I'm not able to deploy or continue development.

A couple of questions to potentially help diagnosis:

• Does the error behavior still occur when you remove serverless-jetpack from your plugins?
• Do you have a minimal reproduction that you can share in a public repository? (If not, please share an anonymized version of your serverless config -- that might not be enough to go on, but I can take a look).
