Feature description

Remove the in-app Vibration on reminder notification toggle for customizing vibration.

Why do you want this feature?

• It's an outdated option. Oreo+ devices don't need it.
• Users can toggle vibration using the Customize notifications option. Single source of truth.
• Simpler notification management code.
