fix: filter out files from hidden folders in storage tab

Applied the same fix as #217 for the storage tab.

Tests performed

• Hiding/showing hidden media/archives/documents in the storage tab browser

Closes the following issue(s)

• Files in hidden folders still show up in the recents view #217 (related report)
• [Feature Request] Excluded and Hidden folders with similair functionality to Gallery #33 (related report)
