Lower video player UI when bottom action buttons are disabled in the settings.

Feature description

Currently when "Settings > Bottom Actions > Show some action buttons at the bottom of the screen" is disabled, it creates empty space under video player UI. Please lower the entire video player UI when this setting is disabled, so it looks proper.

Why do you want this feature?

It would look better, without strange empty space under video player UI when bottom action buttons are disabled.
