Automatic Backup only if something changed

Feature description

Automatic backup now triggers every day even if nothing changed creating a huge pile of duplicate files.

Should apply for the contacts app as well.

Why do you want this feature?

Too many backup files are difficult to navigate and take up storage. It is the main reason I have turned automatic backups off even though I would actually like to have that feature.
