Steps to reproduce the bug

When the surname first option is selected, a comma appears between the contact’s surname and given name (for example, 李明 becomes 李, 明). At the same time, when creating an English first and last name, the order also follows the setting (for example, John Doe becomes Doe, John).

Expected behavior

李, 明 -> 李明
Doe, John -> John Doe

Actual behavior

李明 -> 李, 明
John Doe -> Doe, John
