Add option to share or copy only checked items.

Why do you want this feature?

For a shopping list, I could create a master list. It contains all the items I want to have at home. When I go shopping, I check off all missing items, then I share the list using the app itself (copying would be even better), and only the selected items end up in the new list.

Good problem. I propose an alternative 'workflow':

1. Keep all items in the main list checked
2. When you run out of something, uncheck that item in the main list
3. When you go shopping, duplicate the note and delete checked items
4. Go back to 1

This way, you still don't disturb your main list, and we won't need a custom option. Sound good?
