Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Draw something
2. Move and scale the canvas
3. Use the bucket tool

Expected behavior

The bucket tool should fill the entire screen in a manner consistent with its definition.

Actual behavior

The bucket tool only acts when clicking in the area corresponding to the unmoved canvas and then fills that area with pixels corresponding to the actually expected image.
