Support AWS MSK IAM SASL Signer

Currently, the OAuthBearerTokenRefreshHandler is private and there is no possibility to attach a custom handler for getting the OAuth token when integrating with AWS MSK

Suggestion: Make the LogOAuthBearerTokenRefreshHandler method injectable from the configuration.

@rlugmania can you please take a look into this as I think the newer client which we upgraded to supports this. I think only thing that would need to be added would be the configuration options that we proxy to the client.

Looking at this, it is definitely possible to implement. Can you please submit a pr, it looks like we need to sync some missing config options. See CreateClientConfig and CreateProducerConfig and also search for LogOAuthBearerTokenRefreshHandler. I think I'd like to keep this existing method but have it call an options func/action to refresh the token. That way we get uniform logging and handling of this.
