Update nlohmann/json library from 3.7.0 to 3.12.0 (#17)

Upgrade the single-header JSON library to the latest release. Notable
improvements include diagnostic byte positions, derived class support,
std::optional conversions (C++17), and UTF-8 filesystem paths.
