Added an advanced cue search panel

Description:

• Add a cue search panel with a Ctrl+F shortcut
  • It searches cues by title or description with advanced vscode style fuzzy subsequence matches
  • It supports focus/play actions from search results & keyboard navigation
  • It displays playing and terminating cues
  • I've added a Maj-enter & Crtl-enter shortcut to play the selected cue quieter or louder

I use LSP to play music and SFX during improvised theater comedy shows. I wanted a way to play a cue I have in mind even faster than by finding it in my numerous tabs and clicking on it. Those changes also give, to me, a reason for the cue descriptions to be useful.

I've added a way to choose the volume of a cue before running it, as during improv, I don't know beforehand how loud I need to play a sound. (A rain ambience can be very loud or quiet depending on the situation.)

They are very specific to my need, but I hope they can be useful to others.

I've tried to add FR translations unsuccessfully.
