Description
To resolve the issue #1289, #include "FreeRTOS_ARP.h" is added in loopbackNetworkInterface.c.
Test Steps
Just build FreeRTOS with Plus-TCP normally. IPv4 addressing is enabled, loopback interface is enabled. No compilation error.
