Create New UI/UX designs for Single-Page Portfolio Designs

Our project aims to provide a bunch of design options for portfolio to the user.
So new designs are always welcome.

Single-Page Portfolio design example-: https://abhijeet007-portfolio.netlify.app/
(Just an example don't copy-paste. Just to give the flow.)

The Portfolio should contain section-:

• Navbar (with name, link to (skills, project, contacts) section and theme toggle button.
• About and Photo
• Resume button
• Skills Section (Skill cards)
• Project Section (Project cards)
• Contact Section
• Footer

Create for both color schemes (light and dark)

Multiple People can work on this issue.

Note- For PR submit FIGMA or similar link for checking the UI. Also put some scshots in the PR Description.
