This should probably come after #1179
Our translation scripts support counting translation completion rate, which we can do lesson by lesson, as well as overall. Once we produce pre-translated content files (#1179), we should also write this metadata to the application.
In turn, this would allow us to add a little disclaimer at the top of untranslated lessons or lessons with incomplete translations - plus in the language selection. We could warn people translations are incomplete and invite them to contribute translations if they're up for it, e.g.:
"This lesson is not fully translated to $language yet. If you'd like to help complete the translations please check out this page: ..."
Note for self: Also, consider adding contribution documentation for the app and for translations to pages in the GDLibrary.
