Brad, can you please add a file named obsys-nccs-tgas.rc to GMAO_etc whose contents should mimic what's in something like obsys-nccs-gaas.rc ... this file will be the observation database associated w/ the observations needed for the trace gases analysis.
This is a requirement to passing anything to the operations group.
