Mouse cursor always on

You can remove the cursor by double-clicking (which we should change or document).

If you double click the map makes a weird jump.

I think the problem is this not being Intuitive. Maybe resetting the maptool after pressing the enter button and/or reopening the plugin dialog (which we should maybe hide upon PointTool initiation) would be more logical.
