- Added new Keria configuration in docker-compose for KLI tests.
- Updated docker-compose to include a new Keria service with health checks.
- Modified VLEI verifier configuration to use public config file.
- Introduced new configuration files for KLI and QVI integration tests.
- Implemented new KLI commands for credential issuance and delegation confirmation.
- Enhanced workflow step runners to support new KLI functionalities.
- Created new workflows for KLI and QVI integration tests.
- Updated existing workflows to include credential issuance and delegation steps.
- Improved error handling and logging in KLI utilities.
- Adjusted environment resolution to use localhost for VLEI server.
