Working document with PDE formulations and numerical schemes

We need a working (LaTeX) document with:

• The PDEs we want to solve
• The numerical schemes we use

I believe this should be a priority now as you'll be working towards your final report. Can you both, @debdal6 and @chemardes, create a first draft? You can keep you LaTeX sources either in this repo or (better) in separate repos.
