DIGITAL-744

Purpose

Create an unobtrusive location for "official" project AI files, and create .gitignore entries for standard AI files (e.g. CLAUDE.md .claude .codex, etc). This lets devs use their own AI workflows locally, if desired, without clobbering any "official" project AI files.
