Just combine Ars Magica 2 (I use RubilaxXxx fork) and EID. Use any mod and add a high enough potion ID to the config file. I used AM2 own potions with ID 1510+ but i think above 256 should be enough. Try to trigger the potion effect with any method. Item or Command works. The behavior will either be direct crash or apply a vanilla array potion id effect. The crash report is the following:
Buff List Class. That extends potion array. (I think that it's not related to the crash since i removed the extension and it still crashed. Anyways, in the log it recognizes your extended array of 65k) https://github.com/RubilaxXxx/ArsMagica2-5/blob/master/src/main/java/am2/buffs/BuffList.java
