Small glitches to fix after publishing

• The plots for water levels and shellfish pages do not have loading icons.
• The main page does not give a description of how to use the shellfish and water levels pages.
• water levels page layout of boxes need to change dynamically as well similar to explore page
• the explore page boxes need to change size dynamically with screen size.
• The home button at the bottom of each page does not work
• spacing required under the home button on the shellfish page
• water levels needs a home button at the bottom of the page
