2 short VIS exposures

We should make a decision about how/whether to simulate the 2 short VIS exposures in each pointing, and how to include them in analyses

It is implemented, so we just have to make a decision.

Proposal: let's start with the long exposures and if there is a specific request for the short exposures with a well-defined science case, we'll come back to them.
