Remove bonus referral fields from all services, update statuses and links
- Remove bonus referrer/referee blocks from all 37 service YAMLs - Mark blockmesh as shady (rebranded to Perceptron Network) - Mark bytebenefit as active (account verified) - Update uprock referral link - Update vast.ai referral link - Regenerate README and guide pages
