Add and test Monticello support for use in 3.7.5 ... post release

Add support for metacello, seaside, and tODE for use with 3.7.5. It is not expected that this functionality will be included with the 3.7.5 release at this point in time, but we will be adding a Monticello browser to JfpWoR, so we want the set of scripts to include the additional image types.
