fix: eliminate sync-over-async anti-patterns (.GetAwaiter().GetResult())

- Remove dead sync Execute() from IStrategy and all implementations.
  Bootstrap always calls await ExecuteAsync() - the sync wrapper was
  unused and wrapping async calls with .GetAwaiter().GetResult().
- Make StartApp() async (StartAppAsync()) since it internally calls
  GracefulExit.CurrentProcessAsync() and other async operations.
- Convert OnExecuteComplete() to OnExecuteCompleteAsync() to support
  the async StartAppAsync() chain in AbstractStrategy subclasses.
- HubDownloadSource: implement IAsyncDisposable, replacing sync
  Dispose() that called DisposeAsync().GetAwaiter().GetResult().
- GeneralUpdateBootstrap: use await IAsyncDisposable.DisposeAsync()
  for HubDownloadSource cleanup instead of IDisposable.Dispose().
- Bowl.cs: remove redundant .ConfigureAwait(false) before
  .GetAwaiter().GetResult() in legacy Launch() method.
- Fix LinuxStrategy _configInfo -> _configinfo casing bug that
  was previously masked by the file not being compiled.
- Convert test files from sync void Fact to async Task Fact,
  replacing .GetAwaiter().GetResult() with proper await.

Test results: CoreTest 956/956, BowlTest 50/50, DifferentialTest 70/70.
