fix: switch default README to English#10

Previously the default README.md was in Chinese, with the English version in README.en.md. Since this is a global-facing project, the default README should display in English for all visitors. - Replaced README.md content with the full English version - Chinese version remains available at README.zh-Hans.md - English version also preserved at README.en.md for compatibility Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
